CANCELLATIONS:

 

Our time together is important. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and staff, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Please call and speak to a member of the Right Touch Massage Therapy staff to cancel or reschedule any appointments.

YOU CAN'T RECEIVE A MASSAGE IF:

 

Even though you may want a massage, there are times we cannot massage you. Being truthful with your therapist and on your intake form will enable us to provide you with a safe massage.

* If you are coming down with/or already have the flu or a cold (not only can you spread your illness but the increased circulation from a massage can actually make you more ill)
* If you have a complicated pregnancy
* If you have kidney/liver disease.
* If you have heart failure.
* If you are currently undergoing radiation/chemotherapy for cancer.

Which massage should I book?

  New to massage or unsure what to book for yourself? That's ok! Book the time you want, like a 60 or 90 minute, and we can easily change things during the consultation before your appointment.

 

Do I need an upgrade?

Can't decide if you need an upgrade or two?  That's ok!  Some of these elevations can be added the same day of your appointment after discussing it with your massage therapist.  Certain upgrades may not be available for all massage styles and your massage therapist will be happy to explain their uses, but please read descriptions carefully.

Why do I need to enter my credit card when booking?

Credit cards entry upon booking an appointment is for cancellation purposes only. If you should want to pay for an appointment for you or someone else beforehand, please go to gift card.
